Just go on Craigslist.org and buy somebodies used course books. Read Read Read, and then go take a test. The Cheap way to do it.

And 1.5% commission it would have to be a million dollar deal. Which in reality is about right for a decent setup.

 

We should be thinking 2 million to ensure adequate capitalization. That would allow adequate time to become self-supporting.

 

Time to start thinking biz plan.

 

I also took Real Estate Mark, I had a licence back in 1990, I never did anything with it tho' that when the bottom dropped out of the RE biz here.. wouldn'tcha know it.. bummer
