I am glad you kept trying. We lose a lot of people bc they can't remember their password or get lost in the hallways and can't find the right door. It's a big place.

Before there was a FB, everyone came through this door to connect. People looking for Good Earth folks come here bc the GE group in FB does not show up in a search.

We've been here a while, keeping the light on. If you can ever manage, try to read from the beginning. You watch as each brother/sister find their way home. The raw emotion of reuniting with your lost tribe is a beautiful thing to behold.

We share so much of the past that brought us to our future. None of us lay forgotten. We are all connected through each other.

There are still ones that are looking for their way home. Some stay and hang out, others come and go. I wish more would stay and hang out. We need more activity. Fresh blood..lol

Well, you know what I mean. ppl get tired of my rhetoric day after day. Every person brings new energy to liven things up and keep it going.

BTW, I have seen pictures of the pipe somewhere around the internet. Some body has a pic.. Ranger, was that you that showed the pic. Maybe it was Kenny?

We need to save that one for The B**K (shhhh) Alice, would you like to write some stories for our B**K I know you have some great adventures/awakenings, some good ole stuff to write about.

It would take you weeks to read up about the book we are in the process of compiling. So, I'll just 'splain to save you the trouble.

The book is a compilation of stories of our beginning, How we each learned to fly on their own. What they did/saw and experienced on the way to Good Earth, what happened when you got there, etc.

It's pretty easy, just tell it like it was for you, or whatever you want to say. The book will belong to whoever writes it. If there is a profit, it will be divided up per contribution. If you are not interested in any royalties, you are free to donate it to The Church, or however you wish. There is no pressure, it's your choice if you want to help with the book.

can say at this time is "FUCKIN WOW" what a treasure we have amongst us. I'll go into detail later after I recover from an overdose of brotherly love, lots of food and Jerastic(sp Park in 3fuckinD if i tried to relate to you all at this time what ive experianced in my visit with my amazing BROTHER

Hey folks......!!! Here's your smoke signals reporter...... Mike and I had a kick ass time...!! Safe in the lodge .... Lots of good food in and out of the tipi.. The fire was aglow and warm and the incense was lit... My faithful truck got us wherever we wanted to go including seeing Jurassic park at the IMAX theater in downtown Sac in 3D.......... Wow...!!!! Summer like nights here.... I wood like to thank everyone we called ...! Both Mike and I wanted to share our experience with ewe as well... A moment by moment....I know Mike is a different person now.....!! On a mini vision quest....if u will. I think it gave him a new perpesctive on life.... And what's the real meaning of it all.. And I'll tell ewe something...!!!! It's thAt one thing...!!! I'am holding up one finger.. No....! Not that finger...... Lol. Family....! That's what we have folks.... Running errands today... Got new truck insurance half of what I was paying before.... Yea....!! And I got my new reading glasses.. $60 for a $140 pair of glasses..... Yes....! I'am on a high too.... My visit with Mike was epic...!!! Breakfast menu for Darel's Tipi Food & Grill ... Bacon, eggs in a basket, Steak , Pancakes and plenty of milk....and a big phaty for dessert.... Lol

i want to say that when i went up to see S.D. i had no expectations. he had sent me several photos of himself in various native american outfits
and a business card stating that he made such items so i figured he was modeling in the photos i had no idea that he danced in compatition at native american pow fuckin wows (opps he must have been an indian somewhere in his past lives bc he lives that lifestyle completely.he may be
a pale face on the outside but hes indian to the core. i think you all will agree as hippies that people should be allowed to live thier lives however they choose well S.D.has been on his quest for a long time running against the wind but staying on his path. i found him to be everything i try to be
hes honest, aware, loving, kind, compassionate he has integrity, spirituality, passion, knows who he is and love the church of the good earth this reunion was one big spiritual mind blower for me from the start and we were aware of invisable hands clearing all obsticals and anything we wanted to do came together so smoothly and perfect which is not the
norm for either of us. we went to Golden corral for late lunch all you can eat we were still eating when the dinner time started so we got to stuff ourselves with steaks and such for the lunch price $17 for the both of us there was so much more but im trying to keep this short im not going to
go into it but looking into my brothers eyes and heart was life changing for me. im going to catch the train in the am toDavis to watch our brother dance his ass off at a pow FUCKIN (opps again wow Ill take vidio and post
it so all can see him shake his tail feathers love, love, love mike

Ya know, when I get down, all I need to do is come in here and see the Love in these posts. Mike and Darel were very close and the rumor has it, Mike happened across Darel when Darel hit the 'City" (SF) and brought him to Oak Street to The Blue House and the rest is History.

What a blessing

sigh, I wish everyone would write something for the book. Some of these happenings are priceless. The love that was/is shared. The Power of that love and the connections we made that has blazed a trail in history.

We are that history, we need to tell it like we lived it, not like someone looking in from the outside, but the insiders. That would be us. We have something to tell and it's our tale to tell.

I know some heavy shit happened to each and everyone of us. Mind altering shit, life changing shit that blows the mind.

It's quiet simple, just think of experience you had, something you/someone saw or did and write(type) it out. Pictures would be cool too, if ya have some old pics. Books need pictures ( fer dem dat caint reed)

I feel very good about leaving our legacy for those that have inquiring minds. Who knows, we might even help someone along the way, help them to understand that it is LOVE that saved Beauty. Help them to know, it is Unity that gets you through the dark and lonely times.

It was always, One for all and All for one. It was/is our safe haven from the storms of the night. It goes deeper then just folks hanging out. We created a village within a large metropolis. A Spiritual presence in our natural being that in all the world and places in it we were drawn to The Haight, we all came to the same place to find our paths, or direction.

Is was not Utopia, it was not even close. Utopia only exists in the mind. You could be in the middle of a mud wallow and be as happy as a pig, or you could be sitting on top of a beautiful mountain and be sad and lonely.

It's a state of mind. It's how you perceive things and react to them. It's a personal quest to be a Natural Human Being living naturally within a community of like minded people.

We were babe's in the woods. We were so young and beautiful, full of inspiration and idealistic dreams of how to live a more natural way, less stressful and more productive in being self sustaining.

We took our stand, drew our lines. We were convinced that society was being locked down and being molded into a race of slaves to the Machine ( corporations ) and we broke away from convention and pioneered our way through the bureaucracy and lived our lives in a freer mindset.

We were the Underground Railroad for wayfarers and searchers of the Light. We fed and lent shelter to all kindred spirits that knocked on the door.

As David Talbot called us in his book Season Of The Witch, we were Love's Last Stand.

The Man thought they took us down, but we never went down, we were only sleeping, resting from the Battle we faught for Love and Freedom and for the one to come.

We are not exclusive. There are many that are of the Light and is for change, but in a delightful way and not one of war on other nations and greed that devastates the Earth.

We strive for Peace and Understanding. We strive to Balance the Yin and Yang of our Universe.

If we can build a city, we can write a book about it, NO? Ahh, but yes we can. It could help others, it could give insight as to how to create such a beautiful place to be, in body, mind and spirit.

But if you just don't want to, that's ok too, we Love you just the same. It would be a shame to waste all our knowledge and experience tho' as it could help so many.

Well then, with all that said, I'm off to do the laundry
