Good Morning Y'all,
Digging in the dirt was just what I needed to reconnect and realign my self with the universal flow.

I've been cooped up in this big ole' dark cave of a house and my spirit was longing for fresh air and sunshine. I suspect that my hands needed to pull some minerals out of the soil to nourish my body so my mind would be still.

Whatever took place was a cleansing experience and I feel good all over.

I've been working on my *flowerbeds* planting veggies and herbs instead of flowers, well, some flowers but they are editable

I have three beds left to plant and will try to get at least one done today before it starts raining for the week.

So, with that being said, I am off to dig in the dirt.

Ok, so I just figured this forum thing out..what's the protocol with this? Am I to post on a regular basis to be part of the group and not get ragged on? I do not regularly use this social network stuff. Frankly, I don't get how people have the time or desire..do folks just socialize on their various devices all day? I am really a phone or face to face person....also, I don' t get why folks post so much...all the posters, sayings etc. I hear you Mary about the dirt!! I love my various gardens....getting my hands in that soil is so fine! I try to wear gloves, but it just is not the same! I learned in Outdoor school that it is soil not dirt....hah! Wow! This is the most I have ever posted....probably won't do that again (smiles..i don't know how to make the one with the colon)....next time I substitute I will have to have the 6th graders teach me! Met Mike Bedell last week. It was really great to see him. Darel is going to be at a pow wow in Davis over the weekend. Hope to meet Darel on Sunday.

I like Arkansas, great water up there, you can see the fish and the bottom of the lake or stream. Maybe we should all meet up there. ohh.. that's right, every body's going to the OCF..

Yep, it's me! It took me several try's to get to this forum, but so worth it! I love staying in touch with those I sort of grew up with.....not that I'm grown up yet!
