I had the whole set at one time. I kept a lot of stuff at my mama's while I was traveling around and lost most everything I had from the old daze when her house burnt down.

I'm thrilled that Lovely Rita has found such an awesome treasure, how cool.

Talked with Stacey last night, told him that we've filed for the nonprofit as the Church.
Basically it means that we can do some cool stuff and give tax deduction receipts to any donors. That's all it amounts to. Legit tax exempts.

How's everybody?

 

Seeing Sag here today reminded me of the day Sag and I stopped by to see a pal .....
Keeping in mind this was at least 40 years ago Sag wet his index finger and ran his finger through a baggie containing a couple of ozs of L (2" deep & 1+"s thick) throughly coating his finger and then running it back into his mouth licking it clean as my pal who had asked if he wanted a taste and myself sat there in shock and surprise. His only reply when asked what's up was to point that finger at his open mouth and say something like ahhh. If we put food in front of him he ate and if the band had a gig at Magnolia's we'd put a guitar in his hands and he played just fine. This state lasted a couple of weeks.

 

Love it. Now that's Nuts!

 

Had forgotten that one...sigh...snowed in in Boise and a little of that right now would make not being able to fire up my bike bearable.;-)

I was thinking again this morning, yes I know how dangerous that can be, but none the less, here I sit thinking.

For these 8 plus yrs. I have been on a journey to bring back, what we have had tucked away in our hearts for over 40 yrs. A sense of belonging, other then just in your own environment, to something deep within your Spirit, something that makes you restless until you find it.

A source of energy that is stored away for something special, a purpose, like a calling from beyond, to go forth and create/manifest the dream into a reality and the life force flows from you into the dream from the Universal Flow of energy that belongs to it.

We dared to be the dreamers that build the dreams ppl dream of. We are inspired to seek out and rekindle the embers of yesteryear and bring them full circle into the Now of our lives

This Church of ours, this union of Spirits that are a part of this dream, we are the dream, in living color, live and animated and have been since we began our search for each other.

It lead us all to The Haight, where we found Love and a sense of belonging to something that gave meaning to our lives. It was our 'work', what we came to do as physical Human Beings.

We built a Hippie Empire with the desire to make the world a better place. We all came to do this at the same time, in the same place. We all were driven by the same primal instinct that bound us together as Family.

We thrived and made changes in the fallen structure of society within our realm of The City. We took hold of the Street full of hate and brought back the Love to mankind. We rid the neighborhood from the corruption it had suffered from the darkside.

We were the Beacon of Light, the candle in the window for our brethren, the wayfarer's on their own mission of Love. Some's journey held them with us as others destinies took them onward where they were needed elsewhere.

We took the task at hand and set precedence that it was possible to make changes and be The Power that lives in us all. It was our Will to make it happen and happen it did.

When the furnace of hell showed up in blue and the Blue Devils started stealing our kids and we scattered to the four winds, some small tribes stayed together in the sanctuary of the unspoiled splendor of the woods. Some left for parts unknown and some left the planet.

But what was really interesting and what I was thinking about, is the ones of us that are left somehow find their way here, like coming home, back into the heart of us, The Church Of The Good Earth.

They are still Good Earth weather they realize it or not, bc they are Here, they made an effort to find their way back to where they once belonged, to where they still belong. Was it just curiosity or were we compelled by an inner source to regain the Light that was stolen from us.

The Lighthouse is now in full operation and has brought another Soul Home

I just opened the door, it took each one to walk through it and make it what it is. It's a communal effort

 

Mornin cakes...i can still see you in my mind that night in Newport at the hotel...as to the time ranger spoke of all i can say is...WOW. that stirred up a hornets nest.

The Hotel? In Newport Beach, Sag Nasty. I haven't been to Newport since my teens. Are you sure it was me. I'll need more information, you'll have to rattle my brain a little.

I aint sayin' I did, I aint sayin' I didn't, I'm just sayin'..lol

 

Hahaha! That is so fucking me! Most of the time it turns out that yeah, it was me wherever and whenever doing whatever.

I've never had blackouts, always remember what was happening around me., even when FUBAR I 'knew' what I was doing. Not to say whatever it was I was doing was what I should have been doing, but doing it I did, regardless.

It's just that I have really shoved a lot of living into myself and my brain is full. And ya know when you get middle age like me (ha) ya have ta look a wee bit harded to find things. Oh, you know they're there some place, it'll just take a few joggles to remember where I puts it.

It's a new day. The gold/red of the dawning Sun floods the room with a glowing brilliance that awakens and intrigues you as to what it will bring your way.

Life is a journey and leads us here and there. We take what we need from the experience and go on to the next scene of The Play, the game, the reason for being.

It's all of us, not just a few. We all live and breath, we all bleed red. It's what we choose to hold on to that makes us individuals in our similarity.



It's a beautiful life, a glorious day. I am filled with Love and am honored to be here in the Now, with all of you
