Thanks Mike. Now Mary is seconded. We now have 2 people who can Preside over a legally defined meeting.

We have Tillerwah and Mary.

i think that the next step in to call Tillerwah and to see if he is willing to except the position to chair the meeting.
Same for Mary.

If they both except the responsibilities, then we have a horse race.

Good Morning Mike Bedell,

Thank you for the New Years wish on he phone yesterday evening.. as you could tell probably, I was already multi tasking when you called. I was makin' Wavy Gravy and stirring scrambled eggs and the baby of course have to keep my 'third' hand busy.

My third hand only appears in emergencies. I have no idea where it comes from or where it goes, when it's done it's task but non the less it appears invisibly.. lol
