I can think of 8 reasons right off the top of my head why phone meetings won't work. Like, 1 you have to call a company and pay them to set up a conference call for more them two parties. Its expensive, and we don't have that kind of long distance money. You can't show something on a phone. I can't imagine 8 people on a phone. What do we do if we have a general meeting of all members and we've grow to 30 people? And on and on.

Cool. As long as they consider it legal in their state. It was some thing that I had read online about voting by e-mail and meetings. State by state. Allowed or not allowed.

That sort of thing.

Pleas forgive me for not taking on any positin at this time! I am in a healing mode but I can fax to ANYONE who has an offical fax all the needed stuff for your incorporation of the 501c3 as I have one going right now. There ARRE thinga that must be done like getting the ein/Tax ID fileing of articles checking for name availability etc. ONCE the ein is established then you have the ability to proceed. The things I was reference about allowing 501 c4 as entities reconigez for the Organazations to work with oen more doors to TEAM up with other Non Profits for all sorts of help. I have been able to file short form (I-99 ) I think off top of my head each year we do not generate over 50 k but that is for the feds. EACH stste has diffreent rules fot NPs and you should be aware of them so that you can go fro money etc A LOT of stuff can happen BUT you must have a core od committed who will not drop the ball.

At the current time I can only offer you copies of paperwork as to how to get going and standard Bylaws etc. I must focus on healing. do not be mad please but I can give you a LOT of non profit infa as I have the entire NP bible all on file including compensation of officers and all sorts of stuff. I also have the NP Coporat book sthat has all the forms for meetings notice of meetings etc etc etc. Choose where you want to register your NP wiselt as it will make a difference as to what you can do as some States are more workable to NPs than others. I have mine in the State of Hawaii as it is very workable on the State reporting as to annual stuff. BUT I also have interest there that Makes this the desired best and least expensive place to be registered. Lastly CHURCHES DO have different hurdles that are higher in some regards and lower in others. These must be done prpoerly. MANY Native American Tribes have also established NPs as Church like NPs as does the universal life Church Church!.

But I am sure you all have looked at these things, Also Zev is a LITAGATOR NOT a developement Laywer. But let him speak for himself.
