Just for information on the 2 NP I started we also inclued 501c3 and c4s for donations of proftis if any at end of year end if not any remaining non disbursed funds Shall remain in the original 501c3 bank act for the roll over to next accountable year. Up to you all. Just an fyi keeps more doors open to you.

Also your Directors will be your most important players as the Directors decide ALL things initialy during you first Corp/setup meeting AND at every offical/emergency/or Special meetings and of course your annual and semi annual meetings(as per whatever bylaws you decide upon). I have a museum to go and do, so I'm not a candidate for the job cause I would be splitting my energy into two different things. So, I am not bucking for any position. Glad others are stepping up.

I don't know and I would have to look that up on-line.

As far as I know there is only one Catholic church. I believe that There is an American Catholic church incorporated in D.C. or NYC. I believe all other Catholic church are subsidiary to them. (under the same incorporation) Don't know for sure.

There would need to be one accounting for all churches. To the IRS and to A state. I would guess.

We need to search the web and read on this one.

Can we make you the committee in charge of looking this one up on the internet????? Pretty please?

Have you found the Texas incorporation official website yet?

I was reading on a website that certain states only allow corporate board meeting to happen in person. Some Not by mail. Some Not by phone. Some Not by e-mail. Like we would be by web bulletin board, what we are doing right now, here, is called bulletin board or BB.

I read that Texas was one on the states that doesn't allow stuff. We have to find out before filing there. Otherwise we violate there rules.

The stuff on this website was old information. But we must find out for certain, before we file with the wrong state.

If we're speaking of the Church it should be the job of the Communications Secretary to facilitate internal networking among the brother & sisters of the church. If the Church is doing things right we won't need to advertise. That seems like it ......should come under the CS.
i remember clearly the results of Ron's news conference that brought on the Blue House disaster....btw...if there's no room for a sense of humor......

I did read up on TX Law.. and we can have board meetings through conference calling. I will have a phone, and everyone else already has one, so we can do it through conference calls.
