Hi Ranger. LOL Remember we were talking the other day and you said that Burning Man had fireworks? Like that was the big draw. Like what would we have?

7 p.m. at my place and outside of our office window and 4 blocks away I'm looking at fireworks going off at the resort next door. And For free. LOL

How funny is that?


Oh and while I'm thinking of that, here's what burning man costs per person for the 8 day ticket (They ONLY do 8 day tickets). Nothing shorter.

Tier One is 1000 tickets sold at about Jan 20th.
Tier Two tickets is a 1000 only, like in March.
These limited amounts all sell out fast.
The regular ticket price is $420. Advance online sales only. No ticket sales at the Gate. None.

Q: What are the ticket prices?
A: Tickets for Burning Man 2012 were offered to the public at four different prices: Tier One tickets were $240, Tier Two tickets were $320, and Tier Three tickets were $390, plus applicable delivery and handling fees. Pre-Sale tickets were $420 each, plus fees. Low Income tickets (by application) are $160.

Tens of thousands buy and go. Crazy huh?

 

thing is they've got real fireworks not the puny fireworks like the casino down your way. Build what you like ...twenty story taj mahal or whatever and torch it....a pyro's vahala!

 

So, $420. is a great price to watch a 4 story high wooden man with florecent office light fixtures on it get torched, while painting ones self purple and waring feathers. Cool! Let's take the whole family at that price! LOL

400 bucks to go to the Black Rock Deseret well I will go to Johnny Limbos oasis (Planet X) 4 miles from site outside of Gerlach( for free and watch the spectal. Not sure anyone remembers we used to do the Sound for the Black Rock event that is now Burning man! What a world we live in!!

I kind of think that ya'll are missing the point that I'm trying to make.

There are lot's of folks out there who are willing to save up their money all year long, year after year, just so they can be there, and just so they can "Make the Scene". To be part of IT.

$420 per head to go camp in the middle of now where. Plus $10 shipping and handling.

Plus, nobody's is spending a dime on Rock Bands. There is another point.


Doesn't Rita need to get payed $10,000 per month because people can come to camp at our Happening?

I guess that what I'm trying to show is that 10s of thousands of people are spending that kind of money just to go and do SOMETHING with there lives. To be with other people and to feel like they are a part of something.

Funny that you should mention the kaleidoscope. I did a web search for the word "kaleidoscope" so that I could get it spelled right. I found a web link to something called "kaleidoscope flagstaff" A 2 day camp in with a bunch f bands that I've never heard of.

What if you called the news papers and the San Francisco TV news people.
A grandma beaten with clubs and the Fairfax cops. Son defends his mother. Jailed by villains for trying to stop the beating of his mother.
Try a dozen phone calls and look up TV news phone numbers on the web.

Might work a little better then getting naked at the Civic Center flag pole and it's got to be cheaper then buying chains and locks.

What if you sold that Fishing Reel and get lawyers for winning the case, and for suing Fairfax?
