Also, I found 41 acres for sale, in So Cal Desert, exactly where my instincts have targeted as the best possible place for our So. Cal. Fest. Music all night long. Zero neighbors anywhere. No one calling in a Noise complaint to the Fuzz.

Question: Does anyone think that we could make any money at all by selling Party Festival Tickets to all of the population of Southern California?

Like how much for our new trailer park/ Old Hipppies' Home/ Museum/ Concert Site/ Festival Site/ Retreat (Stacey) I love this one./ Church "Mission" Cakes and me and others. (joint nunnery - monastery. you could legally live there.)/ Newest Five Star Resort and Spa (Kenny) to pay our bills/ Date farm/ other farm, Grapes? Citrus? etc.

Want to Register with the state as a nonprofit 501 c 3 Museum before the end of the year Dec 31 for tax purposes.
This would be the Buy our Land vehicle. Tax free land. Do you get it?????

A museum could employ each of us. Buy land and buy you a trailer. My plan is to, over time, buy land in four or five locations and you could live in the warm winter climate and cool summer locations (migrate like the Sioux) or like Mouseman and Heather do. This might take four or five years to create. If you all pitch in. It I do it all myself it will take three or four years to buy the very first piece of land.

My vision is the central website as the start. Add a forums to it. Then Generate a huge audience worldwide.

Lease/ with an option to buy LAND and start annual festivals as our major income business. 1,2,3,4 Locations, and then one in Woodstock, New York.

Open a physical big museum near Fisherman Wharf in San Francisco. For bringing in mass ticket sales. (same as Cakes winning a lottery, kind of money. But the Chance part of it is totally removed.)

After that. We can sell "hippie" to China and Europe. There is a Disneyland outside of Paris, you know. So then, Why Not Us??? (Help to bring the dollars back into the U.S.A.) What a concept.

Sell a new Woodstock and a Lifestyle concept to the Chinese. (Party and Lovin' and Peace.) Chinese translation"Ca Ching" (The sound that a cash register makes.)
If we don't do this first, They will soon do it. Do you want the Chinese Rich to own "hippie"?

So, that's my desire.

Oh, THE BOOK.

The nonprofit museum that we own could be the Shelter for the book sales. In other words if some of the profits were museum donations there could be NO income tax on the total money earned from the book sales. A shield! (This is a really big deal. We could simply contract the nonprofit museum to manage the Book.)
Kind of like a tax shelter. But totally legal.

My point is, that there is a very great reason to do "Museum" first and then a "Book" release as second. I just want you all to see the clear picture.

Then after recording that, most of the profits, the part that we get, will get divied out to us as our percentage of the Book. We ARE obligated to withhold and to pay our own individual income tax on our earnings.

Please note here that I will help each of you to track that and to take care of that one.
Please note most of us are low income or retired and low income, so the taxes would be very little.
Please note that I believe that your earning would be classified as "Royalties" and actually be taxed at a much lower rate.

If we do nothing, you don't have to pay any tax. There is no tax on nothing. There is no money either. LOL

Anyhow we each would have to take care of that kind of business or your tax would fall back on the nonprofit museum to HAVE to pay, in lue of you paying it. And then that would make our museum into a FOR Profit Museum. We would lose our NON Profit shelter and standing. POOF.
And the museum would be fucked and it would have to pay back taxes for the year on EVERYTHING. With no money!

So, is everyone getting ready for the Thanksgiving Festivities.

Tomorrow I will start to bake,
Ohh what wonderful things I will make,

The aroma itself will make you swoon,
You will dig right in with your spoon.

The hens have been busy laying their eggs,
The Turkey's will be hiding their legs.

The Pecans have all been shelled,
The Cranberry's have had time to jell.

First the pies to get them done,
And a Birthday cake for youngest son.

Chicken and Dressin' will take all day,
And why I have to get the pies out of the way.

The Venison Leg will be on the grill,
With taters and carrots with a pinch of Dill.

There'll be candied yams and broccoli n rice,
All the trimmings that make things nice.

I wish we could all sit down and eat,
That would be a special treat.

If all goes as planned we will someday,
So, my family let's make hay.

Hungry? Yeah, but even more so lonely for the big ole family dinners of yester year...loved ones all around, hugs & kisses dawn to dusk, left overs for days and this just the start of the feasting and reunion season...

 

Me too Ranger, it will be a wonderful day with friends and family. I wish you all could come. We have the biggest house so everyone always comes here.

What's HF going through.. I wrote a beautifully inspiring post and it vanished, then I wrote this last post up here ^ and it double posted.. good grief..

I got the sweet taters on for sweet tater pie and candied sweet potatoes. I making Pecan pies too today and my cornbread stuffin for da turkey. I'll probably go ahead and prepare the 'cold foods and get them done and stored in the the icebox. Then to clean the house so my guests can mess it up again..lol.. Ohh Joy..

Most of the guys will migrate to the barn, where Lynn has built an awesome deck and the weather will be warm and comfy for outside.

The ladies of course will be buzzing around the kitchen cooking and chatting. The kids will be running in and out driving us crazy. And the house will be full of love and good vibes.

We will all be as stuffed as the turkey was and watching the ball game, until we get the munchies and hit the fridge again until we pass out.
