Has anyone here in this thread done the ice bucket challenge ....

 

I was held in ice water for challenging authority.

 

Which being dipped in Ice water is actually healthy ...good for your circulation ..improve your immune system....reduce stress

 

I start the plants inside for 2 months.....they are all sexed by june and will start the flowering early....
i asked skip and he gladly increased my storage from 3 to 5 gigilos

 

used to take a cold river plunge dont do that anymore. to risky . once bitten by a jelly fish and was in shock to cold water for many years. if I went in cold water and come back out. I would just black out. public pool the paramedics were called a few times for me.

 

one time in Vancouver I went to a bar alone...I was into my first drink when I started feeling funny ....so I went outside for some air........blacked out about 2 steps outside the door and woke up to people stepping over me on the sidewalk all scratched and bruised up

 

Ice water would lock up my joints something fierce...

 

Hypothermia is not but true it might cool down a hot head if the act itself didn't make you resentful, unconsciousness would eventually solve the dilemma for you.

 

My ex wife used to fall on her face a lot.

I was not challenged to do the ice bucket.

My grandson, my granddaughters, and their mother were and did.

My husband, my son, and my daughter were challenged and did not do it.

My hubby, I'll let out easy because he was rearing to do it but we don't have the ability to post videos to facefuck so he was waiting on someone to break out a camera.

My son and daughter? Chicken shit, I guess.

That is what they do in Finland. Take a dip naked in the feezing lake and then go to the sauna after. They say the mix of hot and cold is good for you.

 

they do that everywhere there is snow...........ive jumped from the sauna into the snow a few times...also the hot tub to the snow

 

It's good for you if you survive the heart attack...
