Nice and sunny here too. A little chilly, but the warmth from the sun makes it really nice to be outside.

I have my first class of the new schoolyear this afternoon - Housing and Homelessness.

 

Bike trip ended up being just over 200km over 3 days. I'm pretty sore this morning and will be taking the bus instead of cycling, lol.

 

cant extend left knee. super pain when I do.. seeing stars. looks like hospital trip unless the oc i take makes its go away. but that wont help if there is damage.

 

is it swollen at all?

 

knee cap. top of .. feel like I want to throw up when I open and close it.

 

sounds like a torn bendinky cartlage.or possible a ripped cunningulal tendon......maybe even a bent secondary pecker bone

 

i'm now having to adjust my water temps with hot water so I don't pour freezing cold water on delicate boobies.....no need for the ladies to do the als challenge every dy

 

How in the heck are you going to or how do you get them titties milked in the end, being so far north flowering doesn't begin until mid august?

I'm outside but if I don't use light deprivation beginning first week in july we don't get grade A milk.

 

im already sick of seeing that stupid ice water challenge. would of taken them another 30yrs to give a fuck about that disease if it didnt effect one of their precious baseball players.
