when we made weiners at the place i worked it was all good meat...the part that grossed me out was the separations

it gets ground up so much they can get away with adding all the crap parts like sinew and various other connective tissue that was separated during the regular grinding process....its crap but still edible and safe so theres really no problem...ive never seen lips and arseholes..figured that stuff went into dog food
