The deer were exceptionally frisky.... Exercise trying to stay warm I guess. More like bouncing around in the fields.

We stayed at a cool litle inn last night that has a balcony overlooking the welland canal. We got stoned and watched a couple massive ships go through. The lock system is crazy...

I love seeing big, well-engineered contraptions. It always makes me think of the amount of time that someone/some people have put down in order to build whatever it is. Last time I really felt like that I was watching a big train go by, thinking of all the work that goes into each and every little part. Humans, man..

In other news, I'm currently trying to get off of nicotine cold-turkey. At least for a little while. Cigarettes aren't too hard to quit, compared to snus. Day 2 today, and I feel alright so far. As long as I stay stoned it should be fine. But the real difficulty kicks in a few days after stopping, when cravings are still there, but you forget the reasons you wanted to quit in the first place.

Those look like honey bees, not wasps... They will probably move on in a day or so. I'd say leave them alone.

Look just like that swam I had last month.... except smaller.

yes, they look like honey bees. they cluster like that to regroup before finding a new place to build a hive

i was reading this story about flight 427 that crashed here 20yrs ago. friend and I was checking on a hunting spot not far over the hills from the crash site. we heard a woosh noise and big plume of smoke. joking we said a plane crashed. wasnt long til we got to the car and it was on the radio a plane did crash.

the story was about ending the support group for the crash victims families because they havent any money. I was unaware that is cost money to goto a park and get together and talk or make a phone call.

that was a pretty impressive blown top..

places scare me.. didn't used to as a kid.. I enjoyed it because I felt so lucky to get to fly... did many trips to san francisco to visit family. was lucky I could.

now... I say fuck this ima drive... planes scary the shit out of me. im stuck in a damn sardine can. the air smells bad. seats are super close to your knees.. sucks for tall people.

and ive never got a chance to fuck a flight attendant. hehe

it is nice being able to go 1000 miles in such a short time..

but I want to smoke joints with the windows down and road trip alone with others.

    :)
