1 sugar cube. 2-3 splashes Angostura bitters. Venve Clicquot. Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne glass and saturate it with bitters. Fill the glass with Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Rose,1999 or like-minded bubbly, and serve. When ordering outside the home, make sure you see the bottle.
