Considering the sharp rise in black abortion rates and the importation of Hispanic peasants en masse, blacks in the US are being marginalized into a hole. They can't fuck their way out of it. I don't like seeing this happen to any Americans, regardless of color. The US is being carved up by greedy corporations all over the globe. Disney just threw out hundreds of American IT specialists and replaced them with H1B foreign labor simply because it was cheaper, a total abuse of the H1B policy which was meant for higher end talent.

To add as much insult as possible, Disney made the Americans train their replacements and if they didn't demonstrate a good attitude about it, they'd lose their severance. How nice it must have been for them to do that with a smile on their face. I worked for Disney 1 year when I was in college. It's a very fooked up company on so many levels. The Americans clearly have no support in Washington either. But that's another story.

As for the cops, I won't hold my breath. If they "change" at all, it will be for the worse. I saw this before. A line will be crossed and cops across the nation will switch into ultra-asshole mode. Expect to be beaten for objecting to a speeding ticket. That will be the prize for the rest of us as a smaller radical group chooses to attack the cops. Long after the cops have crushed the people gunning for them, they'll be treating the rest of us like "perps". There will also be assassinations by rogue cops of people they think are instigators. The loudest voices will be shut down.

I have seen this all happen in the US before. Declaring war on the cops is a mistake. Calling them out for being crooks is certainly necessary. But executing cops will end badly for the rest of us.

It doesn't matter how long Reagan has been out of office.
All that means is we've been losing on taxes that long.
He lowered the top tier from 70% to 28% and in my opinion, that was too drastic of a cut.
It probably should've come down to 35% - 40% instead.
(Also in my opinion, tax rates should never hit 50%)

I'm not sure how cutting local real estate tax would work out.
It might hit too many lower income families too hard, but I'd have to look into it to know for sure.

Blacks have always been marginalized in this country.
    ALWAYS.
And there's no need to refer to Hispanic immigrants as "peasants", which is derogatory for no reason, unless you are trying to demean their populace.

I have no argument with you on Disney... they've become an asshole of a company.
Although, they are doing well with movies, the parks are where I see the problems.
(Not that I have any knowledge of what it's like to work in movies for them... and whether their assholes can reach into Lucas/Marvel/etc properties.)

And you're also right that declaring war and/or executing cops is not an answer.
But I do think there is a path forward that will get better for both cops and civilians.
I'm not sure what that path is, but there HAS to be one.
I think that Obama's recent signing of "Blue Alert" (like Amber Alert, but for cops) can go a long way to showing he supports good cops, even while he points out the issues with bad ones.

It's an issue that can be fixed by everyone working towards that goal.
By the peaceful, if strong-willed and loudly proclaimed, work of those on both sides.
Purging our police stations of bad cops is a good start and I'm glad to see it happening.
We (civilians, cops, government) just need to work together to better reflect the type of society we all should have.
