Why just those that follow the biblical principles of boring sex and arrogant cynicism towards those who do not follow it's manufactured morality?

If it's everlasting life that is on the line surely that would be enough time to convince even the most hardened skeptic, wouldn't that equal more followers for your god?

It would seem that his only worry in his existence is to amass more minions for whatever purpose he pursues, narcissism perhaps?

Why would your god deny immortality to some but offer it to others?

Is it because they are without sin?

Is there some scale that so called sin is measured upon, and if not are you free of sin?

What is your idea of a paradise Earth, does it include segregation of those you see as undesirable?

I guess it depends on what you mean by sodomy. The Bible does not use the word sodomy and from what I've read the Bible just forbids sex between people of the same sex and the things you mention can be done by people of the same sex but the Bible does not directly say that people of different sexes can not do them.

Let me illustrate it this way.
You go to the doctor and say; "Doc, I feel like I'm going to die!"
The Doc say; "Let me check it out."
He does some tests and tells you; "You came in just in the nick of time. Someone's been poisoning you. All your organs are on the brink of failure. If you had taken any more of that poison there would be nothing I could do as it is I can give you a drug that will remove the poison but that will not reverse the damage and if you take in any more poison there will be nothing I can do."
At this point you say: "But Doc, I'm the one taking the poison, because I like the taste of it and I want to keep taking it. So isn't there some way to make it stop being poison?"
Doc says; "No, that's why they call it poison."
And you say; "I don't believe you and I'm going to keep on taking it. Then I'm going to find someone who will tell me it's not poison and that it's okay to keep taking it."
Then the Doc says; "You can choose to do what ever you want but if you want to live a long time you need to stop taking that poison.

If you'll notice in the illustration, homosexuals or homosexuality are not even mentioned, so how did you come to the conclusion from the illustration that "Homosexuals are poison"?

 

God does not care about numbers of followers, God loves all his children and cares about the quality of life they will have and so the more the merrier. But God will not force people who think that Bible principles only offer "boring sex and arrogant cynicism towards those who do not follow it's manufactured morality" to live in the paradise Earth.

God has offered everlasting life to all but some show by their action they just don’t want it.

personally i think that certain sins are influence by evil spirits.........and i think thats what homosexuality is nothing but a sexual demon attacking a person's physic to believe their gay and sexuality arouse them towards men.

And homosexuality is a sin by your account if I don't misinterpret you, so by your "illustration" or as I would call it attempt at some kind of platitude, homosexuals are poisoned or maybe even poisonous to others.

Enoch didn't die. When The Bible says God took him it is understood to mean that Good took him to heaven.

 

Nice try but the Bible says no one went to heaven before Jesus' resurrection.

 

The illustration or whatever you want to call it, implies that all mankind has been poisoned and not just homosexuals and in the illustration there is no implication that anyone so poisoned is poisonous to others. The illustration merely points out that if your doing something that's killing you and you keep doing it, hey you're going to kill yourself. And if that's what you choose to do God will not stand in your way.

This is not a thread on homosexuality, it's a thread about Bible questions. For some reason you keep reading homosexuality into to everything that's said, even when it's not talking about homosexuality. Seems like you might have a bit of a problem.

 

Actually The OT does mention heven. The Book of Psalms alone has over 25 references to heaven. Strongs Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible lists over 100 references to heaven i the OT.

If you did read and understood Hebrew you would know that the word Jesus is the English translation of the name Yeshua which means son of Yaweh.
