and ''hands off'' orders to police as it was a govt experiment in self-education.

the cbc documentary on Rochdale makes clear what i say is true
and 2 hours north is where Dylan summered in his cottage for many years.

Many draft dodgers organized resistance from here.
The Riverboat cafe was a kind of church for the movable feast
which stayed long in Toronto.
