Left Behind as an Articulated Skeleton

I used to notarize a document entitled DISPOSITION OF REMAINS. It's not a very complex piece of writing. It basically spells out what you want done with your body after the life has left you.
I have been puzzled over this for many years. My request would be in pieces. Use whatever organs you can to recycle them into other humans. If that doesn't work, consider turning me into a cadaver for study. Obviously, I wouldn't want to be a cadaver if organs have been removed. The only ablation I had ever undergone was an appendectomy.
In the end, if the cadaver is a no go, then remove the flesh and organs from the bone and connect the bones as an articulated skeleton (including teeth). Hang me from a hook at the top of my head (probably somewhere in the parietal bone) and use me as a study tool.
Plastic skeletons don't hold a candle to the real deal!
