I'm 100% Union

In my service with the federal government, the local of the American Federation of Government Employees has won to have my stewardship at 100%. I joined the union when I was hired as job insurance. Fortunately, my employment status has never been in question.
I've been at my job for 17 years and my stewardship had only been as high as 50% of the time. Now I have to be available for complaints and concerns 8 hours a day. This will be quiet the challenge.
