I Will Bring Tabouli

I'm going to an Imbolc potluck of Wiccans and pagans. It's not a vegetarian event, but the dish I bring usually is. Tabouli (also spelled tabbouleh) has become one of my signature dishes. In the group there are people who don't eat onions, or garlic, or wheat, or tomatoes. My dish has all of them. If anyone asks, I tell them what's in it.
it's always been a favorite of mine. The ingredients are relatively inexpensive and because it contains fresh mint, chives, and parsley, I generally use these left over herbs to make something more special. I came to find this recipe in LAUREL'S KITCHEN. It's one of the first vegetarian cookbooks I had ever owned and used. I haven't taken a lot of things from the book, but it does contain a good amount of information on a healthier vegetarian lifestyle and it was the go-to book in the 1970s.
To be honest about my choice... I rather like my cooking even if others don't feel the same way. So, if few people eat it then there is more for me !
