I Adjudicate Parking Applications

It is not as glamorous as it sounds.

I am on the parking workgroup at work. We determine whether people are able to park in the building, in a lot across the street, or at another lot with validation stickers. Parking is a hot topic at work; it has been a subject that has been fraught with corruption by persons who should not be parking onsite but opt to do so anyway.

I don't know how I got my arm twisted to be part of the workgroup. I do understand, however, that "L.A. is one great big freeway," and that most people prefer to drive than to take public transit. I know I sure do!
