2 Friends with the Same Birthday

It's a simple phenomenon. For every 365 people, at least two will share a common birthday. I have known a few of them. A friend's brother and my father were both born on the same Libra day and another friend's son and my mother shared a birthday some time around Memorial Day.
What was most strange to me, was that I knew two people who had the same birthday AND the same birth year.
When I meet someone who falls into this category, I tend to remember the birthday. And I also make a point of remembering the birth year. It's sort of like when someone is born on a famous holiday; like the 4th of July, December 25th, or el cinco de mayo.
I've become more aware of this with the recent passing of one of my 70-something buds. The friend had been in hospice back east for about a month and I was completely unaware of this. And what are you supposed to do once you learn that someone has died and been buried? It's particularly difficult when you are not familiar with any of their family.
I think about my own end one day. Will I be buried or will I donate the body to science and have my skeleton be suspended by a string in an anatomy lab class? If I'm thinking of a burial, I'd best start looking for real estate.
I worked with a woman who had the same birthday as I. And I also used to know a few Hollywood celebrities who shared my special day.
I, however, don't celebrate my birthday. I celebrate birth month. This way I can have one-on-one celebrations with individual friends the whole month long rather than being stuck with a group of mismatches whom I wouldn't want to be with in the same shared space.
