mountain_seed, Jan 21, 2026 at 6:01 PMit's a nice hike from here at Bunny Flats parking area a couple of miles to Horse Camp and SIERRA CLUB cabin.. hike is easy/moderate.. 6,500'-7,000' in 1958 16.5' of snow fell here from ONE storm system.. it's still the record in lower 48.. I've shoveled 12' in 5 days.. but 16.5' in 2 days? NO!
