Bonsai Rosemary

When Mom passed, my sisters gave all the attendees at her funeral sprigs of live cut rosemary. Mom asked for that in her will.

 

I brought it home and rooted it, and a few years later have re-potted it and root pruned it down to a manageable size... it grew four feet tall on the front porch in a pot. Now in a smaller clay pot with a good drainage hole it is flourishing anew this Spring... even as Summer approaches she is looking nice.

 

Actually looking forward to pruning the branches again this winter :)

 

Anyone else here doing bonsai work of any sort?

I've got a few small trees...

 

 

Much of my time is spent with the big trees outside though.

I love giant trees Tyrsonswood :)
