zero. i don't remember the last time i actually drank a glass of water. non-glass water intake? i have no idea how i would measure that. i drink a few gulps whenever i go to the bathroom, or when i'm by a drinking fountain, or with meals, or if i'm just thirsty. i'm sure it adds up to quite a bit, but it's not like i put it in a measuring cup first.
Water is my drink 95% of the time. I heard you need about 8 cups a day so I think I'm on the good path hahaa
I always have a huge glass of water in front of me, and sip on it all day long......but I do not know how many actual glasses of water I am drinking, but I try to drink it often.......
10 to 12 a day. It started as I had medications that I had to flush out of my system but I now find that I still drink that much water as I actually enjoy it and feel better when I do.
I drink at least 2 Liters a day, more if I am drinking alcohol. I am trying to refrain from drinking lots of water before bed, because then I am up several times during the night to go pee.
I don't count. I'm guessing I drink about 4 glasses a day. But the main thing is I monitor the color of my urine and if it's too dark, I drink more.
Glasses? No clue. But I have a 32oz water bottle that I fill up and drink down 3-4 times during the workday. But I also drink a glass or two in the mornings before work and then after work with dinner. Quite a bit though. I make it a habit to drink lots of water.
