what is the diff to you?

personally i know its all a play on words n how people act... you can be a freedom figher without bein a terrorist... but you'd be called on. when u resort to war n kill kids n such.. it could easily be called a terrorist. almost ALL freedom fighters are called terrorits but that don't make them so. A play on words.

killing is killing, depending on who your brainwashers happen to be, and what cause you are fighting for... religious or political

    no one fights for peace

its not a way of life for me to live life based on this belief, I'm JUST saying that killing is killing

    "thou shalt not kill"

    unless "we" say its neccessary

and who said shit about killing?

fuck a revolution dont have to involve death. just that when they kill they will spin the story. im prepared to kill to have peace but that dont mean its what it would be about. its a fallacy. but id fucking kill if i had to.

    pressed rat?

he is pretty polite to me.

I'd say that he is respectful too, which is important when you are praying mantras.

A freedom fighter is often demonized as a terrorist by the Western media for resisting outside oppression in his country. They are often marginalized as "al-Qaeda," when they are really just ordinary people defending their country (or what they believe is their country) from hostile forces. If it was Americans resisting outside oppression from say Iraq or Afghanistan, they would be called patriots. It's amazing how Orwellian doublespeak is used to control the thoughts of the public.

A terrorist is someone who strives to make a statement (or more often, instill fear) by targeting innocent men, women and children through violence. While in the Middle East there is low-level grassroots terrorism that comes in the form of car bombings and suicide bombings, the overwhelming majority of spectacular, Hollywood-style, 9/11-type terrorism seen in the West is almost always state-sponsored and state-orchestrated.

Do you include all humanity, as well as yourself, in your mantra?

    my definition:

freedom fighter- quite simply, one who fights for freedom, generally against his oppressors.

terrorist- similar to a freedom fighter, but attacks innocents who don't really have anything to do with the problem

I don't think we sitting in our comfy rooms can truly make the distinction sometimes.
Somebody saying they are "fighting for freedom", could quite easily be just a poxy terrorist.
Some people don't believe in "Al-Quaeda" and presume most people fighting in say Iraq, are not a terrorists, but are "freedom fighters".
It comes down to our own prejudices.

I'm not going to get into an arguement with Matt about 9/11 as being "state - sponsored" - just to say I think he is wrong.
I believe given e.gs our definition of who is or is not a FF or a terrorist, would be wildly different.
