That's true. What's a six pack cost there? Here a six of Blue Ribbon is $5.69. Cheap EDIT - I live in Ottawa Canada
For a 6-pack? Here a 12-pack costs just over $7. It's what I drink when either it's really hot out, or I am on a budget. It's the perfect beer for the hottest summer days, because you really don't care about flavor when it's that hot. You just want something cold and refreshing. PBR is miles better than Bud Light, Coors, or any of the other American macro swills.
Yea, it is pretty light. If I go cheap on beer though, I always go for Colt 45. I like it quite a bit. It takes QUITE awhile to get use to though. I like it now, but I hated it for like 2 years.
My comp table right now, is a white board with a red bean bag on the underside with polka dots on my lap. I've had this lap desk thing since I was 7.
Haha, that reminds me that I am drinking shitty beer tonight. I got it for free though, so such is life :cheers2: (a six pack of Miller Lite )
Miller High Life is pretty cheap and I tend to think it's one of the better shit beers, honestly. When we lived out in the country we could get a 6 pack of Rolling Rock, which I thought was pretty good, for like $4.25 or so. Back on topic, my computer desk looks like the front desk of a hotel lobby... Cause that's where I'm working.
Quality Inn. One of the nicer ones in the area... Though I did try to get on at the Hilton and a few other 5 star places, this is the only one that was really hiring. After realizing how relaxed it is here, being privately franchised, and not a corporate store, I'm glad I landed here.
Doesn't sound bad at all. At least you're working nights and don't have some prick looking over your shoulder every minute.
I'm a pharmacy tech at a local hospital. I don't have to be in until 10:30 am, so it permits me to stay up late.
It is nice... I play on the internet all but 2 hours a night, honestly. The pay isn't quite what I'd gotten used to with my last jobs, but I think I'm ok with that for now, given the freedom. How long have you been a pharmacy tech?
A little over a year. I was a patient care assistant, but I got sick of that and decided on being a pharm tech instead. Before that I was a radiologic technician.
