Yup hard work promotes good sleep scientific fact for real. Thats why extreme sports like surfing and snowboarding are awesome too.

Yeah I know thats what I hate. Thats one of the reasons I'm here for like 60 days this season I am going every day and building some gnarly leg muscle.

i read somewhere that people put kitty litter down on the ground if they dont have rock salt and i was actually thinking about that. but i wont put it down until it stops snowing which wont be for another six hours. theres like 12 inches of snow on the ground already and its only 1 am

Ye might be a bit counter productive to throw that salt down now. Lol I had that happen. I used to get so annoyed when my dad had me shovel while it was still snowing. Fucking wtf?

yeah i hear ya. but since i did it now, i shouldnt have like 16 inches to shovel later. it should only bee like 6 more inches. and then when it stops snowing ill put the litter down to create anti skid lol

I've tried kitty litter before and while it does work, If you don't remove your boots immediately when you enter the house, you'll track the stuff all over the carpet and its reallty hard to remove.

really, they're just awesome because you can use them as a sleep aid?

and here i thought it was the adrenaline rush...

and the exercise, and the feeling of accomplishment when you do well at them.
