You can use crochet to make dreads?

    A few years ago there was a lady who used some tool to twist my hair but I could never figure out what it was,but now I think it was a Crochet tool.I found this profile on knotty boy.

    So what do you guys think about this route,is it a good or bad way to start your dreads?

    i've never seen people use that for making dreads..

    but latch hooks (or hooks.. i dont think that one is a latch hook) are great for fixing lose hairs and loops.
