I love where I live in a seaside village with a strong community and just yards from one of the best beaches in Eastern England. The only real drawback is my MP, Nigel Farage.
The politics of Nigel Farage's Reform UK are so not my thing. To be honest I don't care for right wing politics at all, as my views are way to the left.
Saying that I did watch the Reform UK broadcast yesterday, and actually just about managed not to throw up or sling something at the TV. But the content, which showed the fag ash Fuehrer walking his dogs near Walton-on-the-Naze underlined the fact Reform UK have no understanding of local politics. In terms of content it was not fact light but fact empty. No wonder Reform UK run councils are so poor. But it did show dear old Nige walking his dogs properly. I only hope he jumped into a man size poop bag and put himself in the bin along with the dog mess.

Our broadcast was set in Edinburgh and I was paying close attention. Having followed Scottish politics for a while now I sat through (just) the whole thing and it was truly a show of how little the supposed candidate knew about the Scots and our ability to spot bullshit from any distance. The lies were, if hadn't been so dangerous, frankly laughable. I like you are left wing and it worries me a great deal how many people are buying into this shit.
Thankfully as far as I am aware, our constituency does not have a Reform candidate standing.
