Very itchy, sore vagina. Noticable change in discharge - colour/smell/texture. I've never tried it but if you're in to natural cures apparently one of the best ways is to put bio yogurt on a tampon and insert it. Failing that just go to a chemist and get some thrush cream
drink loads of cranberry juice...or if you hate the stuff go to your local heath food store and get special teas for it. bija brand is pretty good.
just get some monistat cream. Cranberry juice? That's to keep your urethra healthy, not vagina....yogurt is the way to go to balance out your bacteria.
please!!! before starting any kind of treatment...find out to make sure its a yeast infection... you can also get a bacterial infection and adding yogurt to it will only make it worse....i know first hand... be careful. love your body..
cream cheese discharge.. itch.. pain.. redness down below in the worse cases.. milder cases can be asymptomatic or have less obvious signs above.
If you apply yogurt topically make sure it is plain and unflavored, with NO added sugar. Yeast LOVES sugar.
mine was very red, redder than i ever knew it could get. in a few places it was almost as dark as blood. but i haven't gotten any in a while
Acidophilis Pills - Can be found at the health food section/store. If you keep em in your fridge you can take them as soon as you notice discomfort. It is also true that regular yogurt consumption will prevent yeast infections. The creams can be expensive, the quicker they claim to work the pricier they are.
