    Very itchy, sore vagina.

Noticable change in discharge - colour/smell/texture.

I've never tried it but if you're in to natural cures apparently one of the best ways is to put bio yogurt on a tampon and insert it. Failing that just go to a chemist and get some thrush cream

You smell like you're baking bread in your pants.

just get some monistat cream. Cranberry juice? That's to keep your urethra healthy, not vagina....yogurt is the way to go to balance out your bacteria.

If you apply yogurt topically make sure it is plain and unflavored, with NO added sugar. Yeast LOVES sugar.

Acidophilis Pills - Can be found at the health food section/store. If you keep em in your fridge you can take them as soon as you notice discomfort. It is also true that regular yogurt consumption will prevent yeast infections.
The creams can be expensive, the quicker they claim to work the pricier they are.
