I rather like the look of synthetic dreads that are obviously synthetic. They can look really sharp and fun. Colours rule. Cyberpunk is now!

The synthetic dreads that try and pass for real dreads - not so much.

 

Looking at that has made me think about felting some extensions 0.o Just cus my dreads are stoopid short and ah wants them looong and perty... Maybe only a few inches of extension.. Meh?

I personally think synths are strange looking but I know people who wear them so I try not to judge. I just dont understand rocking fake hair. I get the same creeped out feeling when I see synths as I did as child when I used to see my grandma take her fake bun out of her hair and place it in a box for the next day....her real hair was brittle and she had bald spots.
