would you smoke my resin if???

If sat my metal pipe in a cereal bowl filled with alcohol to clean it. and when the alcohol evaporate I have a fat pile of resin in the bottom of the bowl and then I wash the resin in water for a while??????? would you smoke it?

 

In addition you would have to bring it to me.

alcohol will evaporate, but rubbing alcohol will not evaporate entirely. maybe you could do it with wood alcohol..

Ahh, poor mans hash, smoked it many of a time aside from the taste it is not all that bad.

 

get a vaporizer.. nothing is more rewarding that cleaning a resined up whip and collecting all that delicious hash oil

people make hash with 91% isoproyl. i think its (kind of/really really) nasty because i have seen it not evaporate 100%. i've never been impressed by anything ive heard or seen enough to consider using it, are you experienced in using this method? better idea than BHO, dry screening, or bubble hash?

The way to test your solvent when making oil/hash is to put a few drops on a mirror and let it evaporate. If it doesn't leave any residue it's good to use and won't leave anything in your final product. If it leaves a film or powder don't use it.
Isopropyl works fine for making oil, either 70% or 91%, the difference is the water content, so 70% will take longer to extract than 90% and will leave more water to be evaporated off.
To be certain that all the solvent as been evaporated, regardless of the type used, add a little water to the oil, when all the water is gone, so is the solvent because most solvents have much lower boiling points than water.
I have used iso to make oil for decades and it always worked fine.

Butane is good because it doesn't extract any of the plant waxes,sugars or chlorophyll resulting in a much cleaner end product.
Just do the mirror test on the butane prior to using it.

i wouldnt smoke resin even if i didnt have weed and wanted to get high, resin is gross, its all the shit that didnt get inhaled already. it taste gross, it looks like shit. If smoking a joint is bad for your lungs then smoking a bowl of resin must be like smoking 10 joints at once because the smoke is so thick and nasty tasting. Now a days i smoke alot of weed so i try to preserve my lungs for just weed smoke, until i get my vape. but i stopped smoking resin years ago just cuz i dont like it, i feel like it doesn't really get me high, and it hurt my throat, some people like it but not for me. when i boil my bowls i dont try and filter out the resin any more i just throw that shit out. i like a nice clean tasting bowl of weed, not a bunch of resin packed on the wall of the bowl mixed in with the taste of my great organic weed.

 

I finally bought a portable vaporizer that can handle cheap hash and oils. It's still very nasty though and I can't even imagine doing that crap with a bong or pipe.
