    It's throw up. ;)

Um, it looks like ground beef, potatoes, ketchup, mustard, and weird white macaroni and sour cream.

You just wanted to show off your fancy foreign food vocabulary. That looks nothing like shoarma.

Come on, Bird. Shoarma is shoarma. Don't pull that "things are different in the Netherlands" crap on me. It just won't work.

That is not shoarma, that is a salad, fries and some rasped meat.

    Ok, folks.....

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garbage_Plate

I knew nobody would guess what it is, especially those who live outside of western New York. It's called a 'Garbage Plate', which does a good job of describing how it looks (it tastes out of this world, though). It's native to Rochester, and originated at an old landmark restaurant in the city called Nick Tahou's. Today you can find similar variations of the garbage plate under different names at many burger joints around Rochester and Buffalo.

What you see in that picture consists of home fries, macaroni salad, on top of that, two hamburger paties with cheese, topped off with hot sauce (which is the ground beef looking stuff), onions, mustard and ketchup.

You can get different variations of the plate as well, in which the hamburger is substituted with hot dogs, and the macaroni salad substituted with baked beans.

Eh, I did a fairly decent job naming what the ingrediants were. It looks kinda like goulash, only with added ingrediants actually.
