i always wondered why hippies got that label, worthless, good for nothing..lazy... just because we're able to have fun while workin hard..


ok i'll admit to the lazy part sometimes..lol...

everyone is lazy...we hippies are just more comfortable being lazy. lol

 

i think thats just it too.. i mean we just enjoy more... enjoy being lazy..enjoy working..enjoy..well.. spread joy, even in a disaster..enjoy spreading joy in the face of despare

 

I am all of those things. I just fucking sleep endlessly, with the occasional cigarette break.

the point of the thread wasnt about how lazy we are..lol its about how we get all these negatave stereotypes of what it means to be a hippy, & ignore all the possitive things being done in the world mostly by..hippies..i mean seriusly if a few hippies didnt start recycling progrwms & do other things to change the world around em, dont ya think we'd be 100000 times more fucked then we are now?
sure we're outnumbered..and seriusly outgunned...but we have 1 force on our side they cant combat with superiur firepower...& that is love..ya apply love into action you create change..& every lil thing u do makes the world a brighter more colorful place & more enjoyable too...except by those bent on proffitting from destruction

funny how its usualy yuppie types who throw around these labels,,meanwhile theyre makingall kinds of $ allowing themselves to "feel" superiur..but doing absolutely nothing worthwhile at all with theyre time or wealth..(unless they get a tax write off )

really hippie technology..hippie ideals..& ingenuity.. are really the only hope we got for the future
not to mention, the compassion it takes to get the job done, even when its not "cost effective" to do it

Great vid! Laziness characterizes all human beings.... Most of the things we do daily are caused by laziness... just for instance, failing exams.... hahaha!

 

Hahaha, so true. Failing my exams doesn't feel good though.. and not because of society wants me to succeed, but just for myself.
I'm so lazy that it almost gets uncomfortable sometimes. Almost.

Oh, I like the vid by the way. I love people like these and how they live their life, seems like something I'd enjoy as well. But the place just looks awful. All the trash and it just looks like a slum. I could easily live with a kitchen like that, but I would put some work to it to make the place look a bit nicer.

 

are there any news sources focussing on these kinds of succes stories? this is so much more important than hearing dailey about all the pain. I mean a news source focussing on everything that is going wrong is doing just halve of it's job in my opinion
