Peace unto you dear reader! Allah says: Say, my Lord has enjoined justice. And fix your attention aright at every mosque and call upon Him, making yourselves sincere towards Him in religion. As He brought you into being, so shall you return. [Quran 7:30] The verse is asking worshippers to do justice. The real justice is to honour dues of God. Justice leads to other higher morals,explains ahmadiyya caliph (mta.tv): Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to others; and giving like kindred; and forbids indecency, manifest evil, and wrongful transgression. He adminishes you that you may take heed. (16:91)
