Worrying is a waste of our precious time to be alive in my opinion, but perhaps some people may even enjoy the emotion!
Personally I dont worry much, if I do it's a very simple state of mind for me to conquer. I wonder why that is?

Probably because you're aware that its actually very silly to worry about little things. And you see the big picture, if you know what I mean.
And the things you worry about - they will go away.
So theres no point in worrying actually. I dont worry a lot because I know that there is Someone who's gonna take care of everything sooner or later .

probably because you've been worried in the past and turned out fine. and your personal beliefs play a big part as well, no doubt.

I do not worry. I know everything always works out, so I see no reason to stress about things.

Yea I think your both right really.
I try and attribute it to the self mastery I learned during my childhood rigorous training at the Ninja School Of Dark Arts For Babys, but then again that never actually happened. At least I dont think it did but I could be wrong

I'll look it out of the library at some point. I'm reading The Innocent Man at the moment by John Grisham, which is a good read, but I keep having to remind myself that it's actually a true story.
    Very sad.
