I told myself that if I worked out for an hour and a half today I could eat whatever I wanted tonight- because I'm also just eating a little bit of lean meat and lots of veggies, fruit.... all healthy all the time. I'm also two pounds from my target weight- shoulda seen it yesterday- I got out my winter clothes and the pants that fit me last winter were about five inches too big on me and fell off. Well, I worked out for an hour and 10 minutes earlier..... so now I guess I better soon run for twenty minutes or something (did mostly strength earlier) so I can eat the five cheese pizza, and hot wings with blue cheese that I got at the store. :drool:
Jesus, great job! My own recent incentive: No alcohol or ice creme until I get down 5 pounds (some weight crept up on me the past couple months).

I still don't even go to the gym but I can't wait.... probably in a couple weeks- and they'll tell me my body fat index or whatever and I'm actually excited for that... my muscles in my arms, legs and stomach (not QUITE, 100 percent flat yet but I can feel SOLID muscle.... so I'm gonna have a six pack... or even eight soon..haha).... they don't look bad- like bulky but really toned and nice..... What are your favorite things to do at the gym, Jess?
i love cycling and just going, at my brothers gym they have tvs in the cycles so i get to watch mtv, i don't have mtv at home so it's fun after about either 1/2 hr-an hr i work on sections of my muscles, inner and outer thighs, abs, rower, lats, triceps i love my punching bag like mad though, i just put on some heavy music and wail on it it's the best for me cause not only do i get the endorphins going from the exercise i loose all the pent up frustrations i have the doorman at my bar owns a gym where he does mixed martial arts, i think i'm gonna sign up for his class that is if i can trust him not to try and take advantage of me, he's a big flirt

he's huge black man, and he's like in his 40's, prolly 6 something he's harmless though just jokes around, annoying but harmless he's there to protect us, a big flirt though i'll tell him to back off or my future husband'll kick his ass though okay
