Women how long does it....

take you to get ready. It takes me anywhere from an hour and a half at the very least to 2 and a half hours mostly 2 hours, I don't understand why it takes so long, there not one thing specifically that takes a long time except straightening out my hair which takes 30 mins, It's everything combined together, It only takes 15 mins to take a shower, 10 to 15 on makeup and time on miscellouness stuff,

When I was in rehab we had to room with other women in a house and it only took them an hour to do everything, shower, blow dry or straighten their hair, makeup and miscellanous stuff. I don't get it, it's fustrating

I am somewhere around 6 1/2 minutes..5 1/2 minutes if I dont shave..completely dressed and ready to go..

 

Just give me 30-40 minutes or so. If I spend more than that, I'll just end up putting way too much make up on...

BTW...You need 30 minutes to straighten your hair ?!? I need like 10-15 minutes for that.

 

yeah half an hour is about right... hair straightening if I do it- adds another 20 minutes or so on

 

probably about half an hour to get me and both girls ready to go.

 

But I can't help it. It so agrivating. I'll have to work on it but I will hurry through getting ready and everything will go wrong and I just end up an aggravated mess.

With the hair straightening, my hair is not smooth and wavy like this pic it's wavy and frizzy now so I have to straigten it or it looks like shit, This pic is a few years old but I still look just the same except my hair texture

cut it short, use less makeup and you can cut your time down to 30 minutes or so. You'll be gorgeous either way!

 

It takes me anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour and a half. It depends on if I need a shower and if I'm going through pms and have to try on every outfit that I own.

Takes me maybe half an hour...unless I have to straighten my hair, but I usually cover that in the morning. It is healthier for your hair to wash it and have it air dry the day before you straighten it. Also, in the case I cant find ANYTHING decent to wear, it will take me an hour.

 

Thanks, I don't wear a lot of makeup well it's not dark, I do use everything, foundation, eyeshadow, eyeliner etc..that only takes 10-15 minutes I guess that is a hell of a lot more than 1 or 2 minutes.

 

I admit. I take forever. takes 3 min on my hair, 3 min for skirt/ shirt/ dress combo, 2 min geting covered in lotion, 30 seconds on eyeliner. Why do i take so long? I take a 20 min. smoking break between each one and walk arond in circles misplacing shit and finding it again.

It takes me forever.
Normally i wake up around 7.
Get up around quarter past.
Get into the shower at 25 past, or alternatively procastinate till half past.
If i showered, im usually out by 20 to, if i didnt I get changed around 25 to.
I eat breakfast after that,
and then brush my teeth, hair etc.

I leave the house at around ten past.

EDIT: but if i have more time, it still takes all of it for me to get ready. :frown:

 

Minimum 15 minutes to get out the door. It usually takes that long for me to get dressed if I'm just getting up and going. It takes me a good 20 minutes to actually wake up, and get out of bed normally. I get up, go pee, come back into bed, hit snooze twice, lay there thinking about my dreams, etc. I am not a morning person. It took me 50 minutes to get out the door this morning and I only put powder on my face - I packed a lunch, packed my books, made my bed, took out the garbage, etc.

I brush my teeth, wash my face, put on moisturizer and powder every day. Anything more than that takes extra time.

Oh, and it definitely takes me at least 30 minutes to straighten my hair. I usually don't shower in the morning, but when I do it's usually 10-15 minutes.

i dont wear very much makeup,and my hair is naturally curly, so i just put a little gel on it and let it do its thing, but yeah, i can agree with cate, if i dont have an outfit picked out yet, it'll be a while.
