I was thinking the other day...

LSD is already pretty hard to find. (At least in my experience) And half the stuff you get is either blank blotter or some other shitty chemical that isn't LSD.

I don't know if there will be many chemists willing to make LSD. And it's not like one could profit very much from it, it's not like marijuana or cocaine.

    Thoughts?

acid is every where. Good acid is only a little harder to find.

Chemists would make a lot of money from it i would guess. most dealers do it purely to spread acid to the world.

I think that the way that culture has expanded it's acceptance over the last forty years, combined with the advent of mass communication like the internet, it can only result in more people becoming interested in psychedelics and therefore more chances of chemists popping up. It's really just economics, once an industry starts it's only going to expand until it becomes obsolete or outdone, and the industry for lsd can only expand from here.

However, I'm not sure that things will ever be like they were back in the 60's and 70's when a very few chemists were making the supply for all the country, and it was of very good quality. Now a days, except for in rare cases, it has become just another drug for people to make and sell for money, so it will be made on smaller scales by a higher number of people.

I think quite the opposite will happen.

More people I know are becoming more interested and less afraid of LSD. More people want to experience things that they cannot normally. With the lack of religious beliefs and values in my generation, I wouldn't be surprised if kids started buying a lot of acid within the next few years.

I hope that somehow it is legalized but also controlled as well. I don't think that we need more kids committing suicide and giving LSD a foul name.

yea, ideally lsd would be legal. maybe it could be a monitored substance, and dished out in rations. if it was made correctly it would pretty much totally outshine street lsd, making the black market for lsd go kaput. so then you have monitored use with possibly the help of hired spiritual guides.

I would say a chemist would make a ton of money if he/she made LSD.

Doesn't it cost like a penny per hit?

Ya, there is definitely profit to be made in production of LSD. Think about it, if you had the capability to set up a lab, youd do it on as large a scale as possible. a single gram of product is 10,000 hits, each worth $5 each, youd probably make your initial investment back from just from that. There's not a lot of competition like with the popular addictive drugs, and I definitely agree that more and more people are turning on. I know for a fact that LSD is the "in" drug at the high school I went to, with all the different cliques, not just stoners. The times call for a new counterculture, and everyones starting to get the picture. I predict that in the next few years, more and more quality LSD will find its way around.

hopefully beacuse your right man, a gram of liquid lsd could dose 10,000 people..so if you produced a gram put it on paper and sold it at a fest or whatever you could make thousand of dollars....off of a GRAM!

Wow! I was thinking this awhile ago too.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who knows this is going to happen.

Psychedelic Revolution! That's the term I was thinking of...lol

So it's pretty exciting to think about.

thank god iam not the only one....Thats not the point, once the demand for psychedelics go up, the more chemists will arise, its simple logic...Dein that was your 108th post i was born on 1:08 haha thats intresting

don't forget technology is also increasing at a radical rate. soon we will have more and more ways to make LSD, cheaper equipment, more reliable and accurate production standards . . .

Very true, technology continues to make things easier to produce as well as making it easier to learn how to do it. I think the main limiting factor is, and will continue to be, the ability to acquire the precursors.
