I'm 30 as well. I recently had this problem myself. In my case I waited till late in life to loose my virginity, and when the time came, I wasn't able to finish. it turns out it was just a psycological thing were I wasn't used to sex. My girlfriend was very supportive, and after a little while I was able to perform normally. Sometime it just takes some getting used to. idk what the circumstances are in your case, or if yours was anything like mine, but psycology seems to be a big factor on that sometimes.
