Which one does America have first?

A female president or a minority president?

 

i think it would be a female president first

we were talking about this the other day and came up with some wierd options - the best one being between 3 candidates:

a gay female
a black muslim guy
a asian guy

who the hell would win that election? haha

 

i would say the asian guy.

I might be terribly wrong on this, but I do not see how the Clinton/Obama ticket could ever win.

The entire bloody South would vote Republican... no good southern boy, even one that voted Democrat his entire life, would vote a **** or a ****** into office... as simple as that.

I just hope that Gulianni runs.

know what pisses me off about the current one, he acts so jovial all the time when each and every day he is sending people to their deaths, 25 yesterday

Clinton officially announced she was in yesterday...I'm voting for her because I like her take on socialized medicine and making college affordable. I don't like that she changed her viewpoint on the war just because of the census...makes me wonder if she's going to still push the agenda she promises or cave if she gets in.
I think she'll get some votes but not enough to make it past the primaries. I don't think with the south and midwest (no offense to anyone) we as a nation are open minded enough to vote in a woman or person of color...but then again just decades ago no one thought a catholic could even be on the ticket...and everyone was proved wrong by that.
