does anybody remember that little old lady who was in that one commercial and would always say wheres the beef? I thought she was so cool. I dont know why but everytime i see that commercial i laugh really hard. Anybody else.
Clara Peller was her name I think. She was on Johnny Carson once. There was some dispute over her exact age, but she was pretty old. That was a good commercial. Everyone started using that phrase for all sorts of things. .
I think there were T shirts too, I'm remembering that no one ever referred to the beef as being between somone's legs back then, the good old days, when innocence was revered.
