So what do you do to make your money? I have no job right now but I do yard work and help out neighbors with whatever task they need help with for money sometimes.
I'm manager of both branches of Cambodias biggest pool company. We're opening up a new location soon, and I'll be heading that move primarily. We specialize in building chlorine free pools for resorts, but we build some small chlorine pools or salt water pools for expats, and the military government aristocrats. I do some small exporting out of the side.
Practically built an offshore production & purchases operation for a small/mid sized heavy truck & spare parts corporation.
During the Summer/Fall I work for the US Forest Service... the rest of the year I struggle to find a permanent job.
I work, whilst in university, for a property management company. i deal with finance, evaluations, delapidations and the likes. i've not done it too long, the few years before this i worked for my parents, doing similar work. they own a large company, so i still help them when i can. otherwise, i've tied up all my money in various bonds, unit trusts (ISA), an isa itself, premium bonds, pooled equities and in a high interest savings account. this was going well, i'm comfortable financially - though japan was made me a little skittish so i've a bank meeting tomorrow. i am looking to do some free lance accounting work next year as well, cheaply too.
I'm an assistant manager at a Dairy Queen. It's apparently different than most fast food, though...we kiss customers' asses ten million times more.
I'm collecting unemployment because my manager accused me of stealing and fired me. I just got offered 2 jobs though! I'm debating on which one to take...its tough to decide
i sell little girls fashion acessories, and work at a head shope, and have 2 babysitting jobs. and i still have no money
I'm a house wife and I love it! I tried to get a job, but my old lady likes me to stay home. It sounds so fucking sexist but I actually enjoy it. I wish I could find a legitimate work from home job though. All the ones I have researched so far are bullshit.
I work for the man, in a sense. I also try to treat writing like a job, writing a couple of hours every day, in hopes that I'll make money from that one day and can quit working for the man.
