My first and second finger on my left hand, I can bend the very tips of them to look like ET.. It freaks people out....Which leads me to my second natural talent, freaking people out and scaring them away...

canadian thanksgiving is an earlier date than in the US (i assume because being farther north requires earlier harvests due to changes in the photoperiod)

but yeah, they have a thanksgiving:cheers2:

as i understand it, the traditions and history are very, very similar to the american thanksgiving holiday.

thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. i can't wait!!! we're going to go to my grandparent's house this year instead of having it at home. so i will get to see my grandma and grandpa!! and also my parents and probably also our doggy. unfortunately my brother is going to school in newfoundland, and he can only afford to come back for christmas.

hopefully he will find some folks from school with whom he can celebrate the canadian thanksgiving, or some other american students who would celebrate with him, or even canadian student for whom he could host a big meal.

i dont know that it means as much to him as me, but i'd be more upset missing thanksgiving than christmas :(
