What's the point

of having the only wheelchair toilet in a building up a huge, steep flight of stairs?

 

does the buildign have an elevator?

well if it doesnt' have an elevator...then wtf? why the hell would the put the wheel chair toilet up top. theres something wrong with that.

 

hm it could be some sort of eco challenge to people with wheelchairs

Just imagine .. your the first to climb the tower .. win the prize .. and take a good toilet visit

 

i think its a legal thing...i think u gotta have em' if its a public place

 

that just goes to show the general smartness of the people who design buildings in new zealand.
