whats the big hangout place in your town?

in mine, its irish bars and karaoke bars, and then festivals in the park. concerts are very very big, alot of local bands.

 

is it lame if I have no idea...

no. its not lame at all. i spend alot of my time over at my friends house watching their band practice, and doing the whole paranormal research society thing.

My town is all about outdoor music, beer gardens, fireworks, cultural festivals, and french shit (in the french quarter)

 

Cafe Brasil, Last concert cafe, a stoner's hang out, The Lenster's cabin; thats the dick's house in the forest. Empire cafe, the dingy mexican cantina across the street from my house. what beats getting drunk off cheap beer and just having to cross the street and crash?! Nothing thats what. We dont go to bars much, we party at home. Cook outs every weekend.

for my age its probably like...
the town centre,
the valley park,
the park down the road,
the field...

basically alot of parks and stuff.

 

in this town,for the average local,i would have to go with church..

nowhere for the kids,unless you count the youth hall at the baptist church..

A lil place we call old town. It's the downtown district of the town I live in. Great fun. lot's of bars.

 

i was gonna say my ass. it hangs out all over the place.

 

Well on weekends the kids seem to hang around Sonic I guess for lack of a place to go.

 

I see all the hip kids hanging out at dunkin' donuts...there's like packs of them when I drive by, they hold up traffic and make me think about doughnuts and I don't even like doughnuts

 

Wow.. i wouldnt like to live in a small town. Ive worked in dry counties before. Not much going on there.. liek hhb said, church.. I need plenty of places to do illegal shit and get fucked up.

 

oh shit i almost forgot,,.. for the party crowd here theres the Am. Legion.. lol

 

Oh hell yes! and the VFW!!!!!

That would be for the peoples aged 21 to death.

The breakwall parking area is for the teeny boppers, as is the DQ for the younger teens.

Of course, then there is all the pits and what not....

 

In the summer then the beach or the gardens of this building-
The Royal Pavilion- lots of people hang there, lots of people smoking weed and drinking to families, tourists and old people and everyone gets along, it's nice... The beach there's loads of clubs and bars and restraunts all along the front and when the weather's good there's often bands playing outside in the daytime etc...

In the winter I just go to the pub or stay at home...

 

Here in my gorgeous backwater we have the big park and the tesco park and the supermarket. Seriously, on a Friday night all the 14 year olds hang round the 24 hour supermarket. Drinking red bull.

Of course the cool kids go 2 towns away to Hitchin where you have an indie club called club 85, a nightclub called remix and the infamous 'Hill', which is a true den of iniquity if your under 25 Tis fun.
