What's Happening???

I am feeling the bruising on my thigh beginning.

I had a horrible leg cramp during the night from my knee all the way up and all I could do to stop it was to keep hitting it muscles with the heel of my closed fist.

Fun times.

 

I got this gigantic Chicago Town four cheese pizza on special offer. It will be the highlight of my day. We have a leaden grey sky with some drizzle.

 

I just made myself a cheese quesadilla so I can take meds and then we're striking out to a Walmart, not the one we normally go to, for the pet haul. The one we normally go to has not restocked the cat food, dog food, nor the cat litter that we buy. I don't know what's up with that.

 

I just went on line and shopped.

Our Walmart had all the items I normally buy so that means they just aren't stocking the shelves.

Fine. I don't mind letting the Walmart employees pick up the 44 lb. bag of cat food, and the 38 lb. cat food, and the three (3) 40 lb. boxes of cat litter.

Screw the days of me hosting all that onto a garden cart and then again into my car. I'll give into the luxury of Walmart Pick-Up Service.

 

Feeling sorry for myself. Going to have some fudge and plan ahead for tomorrow.

 

I like bacon, but I hate the way it makes my house smell.

I want an outdoor kitchen.

 

Frosted up here Friday mornin'. Today is a lead sky with some light sprinkles & 48°. Got to go work on a house roof

 

Roof...Yeah, I still have to check on getting my roof repaired. Every time it rains hard I end up with the whole laundry room floor being so full of water that it takes 3 big towels to soak it up.

 

I suspect vodka intake may have something to do with it

I don't mind it during the week when I'm at work in a windowless office. But it depresses me on weekends. Makes me want to just stay inside and mope.

This week is supposed to be nice though

 

Made a hangover breakfast with lots of bacon ....and the same thing ritual....close all the doors, batten down the hatches.

The bacon smoke haze lingers.

Now I intend to go the other way and fill the house up with cherry turnover pastry smells..

ive been working on a snowblower repair

idiots drilled out the small shear pins and installed larger ones....those things are a certain size for a reason you dumbass...now its costing them a few hundred in parts and probably a few hundred in labour

worth it though...its one of those 4 foot wide snow eating monsters with duallies

I don't mind them at all myself (more like the opposite in this season), but its fricking summer here! Yesterday was above 25C midday, today slightly less warm but now at 8 pm its still 17 or something. 21C in the afternoon. The average temp in the afternoon here this time of the year is (used to be ) 15C
