I was like 17 drunk on gin, was disgusting. I don't really like it after that. Actually my miss made us two soda and gin with a mint leaf tonight and still I had to like, force myself to take sips. It was nice and fine, but I remembered half my life ago, and all I can recall is that eucalypt taste.

I just about remember friends putting me in an uber and sending me home, but i made him stop as i was going to be sick and him calling my friend asking for help. After a few bottle of wine, drinking gin straight was a bad idea

is it wrong that I'm just a little proud of myself for this? didn't even have to pay for the onion.

    rofl!

damn, now that you got me remembering it, I'm laughing my ass off

it was a clear shot too, he half ran into me as he went past, and i sw the purse, heard the yelling, and just grabbed the nearest onion and fastball hucked it. fully expected to miss, and watched in what felt like slow-motion as the onion blew apart over the back of this head, and he stumbled facefirst into the wall. I immediately headed for the door as soon as people started to gather up around me. was like 'nope. too much attention, social anxiety says no.'

I feel proud of myself with anybody I best, whether at pool, racing, sports team. I see no sin being proud of things.

I was never good at running the bases, being basically a tank.. but I did have a pretty good arm. I can still pump out an 80 mph throw as a regular average. some days I can break 90, but I don't feel like busting up my joints.. and since I play with a sling (not an arm sling. a rock throwing type) on the weekends. I still get motion practice.

and honestly, I'm sitting here going 'yeah, I hope I didn't actually /injure/ him.'

    I'm such a softie.

  14. You should have stayed to see if you got a prize. But it would have sucked if everyone was like, "What? You're not that big of a deal..." and gave you dirty looks and sauntered off. Probably you would have gotten a prize, though.

How much you wanna make a bet I can throw a football over them mountains?
Yeah... Coach woulda put me in fourth quarter, we would've been state champions. No doubt. No doubt in my mind.

Why so much hate for gin? Gin and a lime Le Croix, a lime wedge--excellent and simple drink. Plus--OMG--martinis.

that's too bad, we know you're better than all them losers put together.

not me, though. above average in some things, yeah. but got enough tradeoffs to not make me really good at anything. the classic JOAT.

like I can throw, but I can't run or swing a bat to save my life. football - yeah, I'm a brick wall, can't be moved, but again.. fuck running.

    can't swim. etc etc.

I've only drank and enjoyed gin once, went to a show and half the concert goers were staying at the hotel next door so everyone took over the pool and turned it into a big party afterwards. A very nice fella named Boris made me gin and tonics all night and I got very drunk and thought it was the most delicious drink i ever had.

But then I've tried gin and tonics several times after and didnt like them at all.

    That Boris was something special
