we're having pizza from scratch too, but right now we dont eat dairy or gluten, sooo......that means everything is from scratch, even the pepperoni! it's got a flax and sesame seed crust, then the toppings: mushrooms, tomato, pepper, homemade pepperoni (which tastes wayyyy better than any of that supermarket schwag), topped with a decadent nutritional yeast cheeze (also made from scratch) and it tastes amazing. i would eat it even if i could eat gluten and dairy. ps, pizza and a movie is a friday night ritual around here.
I made homemade pepperoni rolls with green bell peppers, shredded mozzarella cheese and onions. Well, it wasn't the real-deal pepperoni, it was turkey pepperoni.

I dont want to talk about dinner ..it was a disgrace involving baked beans,corn and chicken. My stomach is still turning.
I barbequed at a friend's house. We had burgers, marinated in red chile oil with swiss cheese and shitake mushrooms on the inside of the patties. Then we threw on sauteed yellow peppers and more mushrooms. Delicious.
I ate with my parents tonight. Backed chicken, a potato, some spinach salad, and a banana. Chicken was kinda bland though. It'd been much better if I'd prepared it, but I didn't wanna say anything.
I do everything Cajun nowadays. I say a little prayer for N'Oleans first and then cayenne the shit out of it.
